Sabit Qadam was established with a vision to create opportunities for people who possess talent, determination and dreams but often lack access to quality skills training and mentorship.

Sabit Qadam Skills Institute was founded by Sadam Malik.
With years of experience working in development, education, monitoring, evaluation and community-based initiatives, he recognized that many talented individuals lacked access to practical learning opportunities.
His professional journey across humanitarian and development projects strengthened his belief that sustainable change begins when people are equipped with knowledge, practical skills and confidence.
This vision inspired the creation of Sabit Qadam Skills Institute — a place where education is connected with opportunity, dignity and community development.
